Refund Policy

Refund Policy:

Our effort is to try and offer you the best possible service in a timely manner and to your satisfaction. We strive to reach your goals as a partnership in a straight forward and cost-effective way. By default, each Advertiser pays in advance for our services.

Only payments has been made via credit cards may be refunded in full if they meet mentioned bellow circumstances. For all other payment methods refund will be given only for the amount that hasn't been charged to your account (refund will not be made for services that already been provided to you).

We will only send refunds to the source from which payment was made with the same payment details. Approved refunds for credit card transactions will be made to the credit card account used in the initial transaction.

Traffic BOX provides refunds under following circumstances:

  1. There was a documented software error that prevented your ad(s) from being delivered.
  2. If the Advertiser's ad campaign has been not delivered the impressions in accordance with stated target within 7 days Traffic BOX will refund you in full.
  3. Advertiser is entitled to test inventory quality within 5% of the ad campaign budget. If Advertiser is not satisfied with an inventory he can get proportional refund for the remaining campaign budget.
  4. A traffic volume discrepancy is a conflict in data between the Advertiser and Traffic BOX for various reasons. It might be the difference between Advertiser's and Traffic BOX's server time, or it might be the wrong location of the offer (for example, you buy US CA GB AU Traffic, but your servers are in Asia or Europe these network latencies will degrade your performance significantly and will cause discrepancies in volumes) or for a variety of other reasons that may occur on Advertiser's side.

Advertisers must allow for 10-20% any discrepancies (impressions, clicks etc) in the Traffic BOX for the reasons listed above. We require a whatever proofs of those reasons to approve the refund request ( since in 95% cases the discrepancies are clearly dependent on Advertiser). Refunds for discrepancies of 20% and below will be at Traffic BOX's sole discretion

If theAdvertiser's acсount is cancelled, blocked or terminated for any reason, Traffic BOX will retain the balance for 60 days to account for any refunds or other adjustments. Advertiser will accept refunds during this period.

The refund will be made at the Advertiser’s request. All refunds requests must be made in writing and include Advertiser's full name, company name and account ID. Any advertiser refund request must be received by Traffic BOX within seven (7) days of the date of your impression’s purchase. The requests should be sent to finance@trafficbox.com. Advertiser may be required to provide additional information or documentation in order to confirm your identity, before any refund request will be processed. Your request will not be considered valid unless and until you receive confirmation from our finance department.

Traffic BOX does not guarantee a full refund for the cancellation of its services.

Traffic BOX transactional fees will not be reimbursed in the event of refunds.

Traffic BOX will consider granting refunds that are requested in the above stated timeframes and that meet the mentioned above criteria, and will grant refunds at its reasonable discretion. Advertisers who are deemed to have breached the Terms and Conditions will not be entitled to a refund of remaining balance.
